Wasted my money on their diet food full of oil and salt.
Highly disappointed with food quality. We spoke everyday with them about feedback, but it never considered. Served ladyfinger subji in gravy on two consecutive days. This ladyfinger was so thick, that it was not chewable. We were so impressed with earlier reviews here, but our experience was not good.
Excellent Tiffin service delivering good quality veg food. Meals are neatly packed with an interesting variety of dishes. The Diet meal was particularly likeable. I found them to be responsive, transparent and ethical in the financial dealings too. Nice experience overall!
Quality and quantity of food is good, But... Never picks up the phone call, even if the person is seen online, he'll not pickup the call, I had already asked them to continue the service but they did not send the tiffin, when I tried to call, he'll not pickup the phone, inspite of him seen online he'll not pickup. Very difficult to communicate. Very very disappointed with the communication part.
After having tried options in food I can completely rely on the food from Vital Foods. I haven't fallen sick after I started eating their food. The host Pratim bhai is a warm person to talk to and keeps a client's concern at heart and is very helpful each time. Being an ethical Vegan myself I am so happy to receive a healthy vegan meal every day. His food is well balanced and just perfect in quantity for me! Credit goes to his support team as well for delivering meals on time every day! Thankful to all
