Joining this prenatal yoga class has been one of the best decisions for my pregnancy journey. The sessions are well-structured, relaxing, and incredibly beneficial for both my body and mind. The instructor is knowledgeable, patient, and ensures that every pose is safe and comfortable. I feel more connected to my baby and more confident in my body’s strength.
