Very bad experience with HDFC life, useless peoples, Panvel is the worst branch in Mumbai region no support, she asked you can ask to whom you have purchase policy or visit corporate office.
Worse customer service ever!! I was pitched a plan in December 2024 to break my previous policy plan which was made 6 years ago. I was told in the month of March a person from HDFC will reach out to you to close your previous plan which was made 6 years ago. It’s been 2 months and no one has reached yet. I have called the person who pitched me the plan multiple times & messaged so many times no revert!! This feels absolutely fake to me. I didn’t wanted to trust them at the first place but they gave us so much assurance. Their service is so unprofessional. As a customer I’m really begging them to call me and explain the procedure. My policy was supposed to be closed in March this year so get the full amount by this year end. They failed to do this. We have invested the amount they told us but there’s no revert or follow up from their team. Pathetic service!!!

Never buy any policy from HDFC life. I have bought pure term plan and they are not able to decide my yearly premium. Even after raising several complaints and visiting branch multiple times the issue is still pending for almost 5 months now. In fact every year i face same issue. DM on twitter but no response. They do not have any system in place. Never put money or trust in this unprofessional organisation.
