I attended yoga and meditation course it was one the best decision I've made for myself this year. The teacher's were so good at solving every problem in easy way, they made yoga and meditation 🧘♂️ very easy to understand for beginner and helped to inhabit good habits within the duration of course. I'm now more happy 😊 Zero Anxiety, zero Sadness and feeling absolutely amazing mentally as well as physically. I would recommend everyone to join and experience real happiness that word's cannot describe.
It's been a great experience joining happiness program. A magnificent change in yourself with a powerhouse energy of positivity and calmness along with the valuable knowledge key shared by gurudev which is a fuel to gear up our strength in tough situations.
The Pranayama and Sudarshan kriya really helped me connect with myself. It was a total of six days of the program where i learned new way of looking at life. It was a wholesome experience, and the teachers were kind and engaging. I have had a good experience overall.
All the overthinking and disturbed state of mind became calm and composed ofter doing this 6 days Happiness program. Doing the sudarshan kriya for just few days has started showing good results on my mind and body. Sleep quality has improved. All thanks to the teachers who taught us sudarshan kriya and shared some valuable lessons for life.
