I'm giving this review after more than 5 years of experience of visiting Dr. Anand Bedekar. He is very good in diagnosing the cause and giving medicines and he provides most of the information himself without us asking him, so even if we gives us 10 mins..all our queries are resolved. Even the nurses are helpful and helps us resolve any queries. However, I have 1 genuine request. PLEASE START TOKEN(chit) SYSTEM SIMILAR TO Dr. Mahesh Bedekar. E.g. I book appointment for 12pm. I reach hospital at 11:45. The nurse at inner counter will tell us..'your number will come in half hour'. We wait for more than 1 hour and then we are asked to sit outside where we have to wait for another half or 1 hr (in case of Dr. vising nicu emergency case.. then more than that)... all this time along with our sick kid. We have to stick to 1 place as we have no idea when our number will arrive. If you start token system, we will atleast understand by our own approx. how much time will be required... we can go home and do some work and come back. If someone if not present when their number comes up, make them go after 5 numbers. If there is a very sick kid, give them special reserved token. Please consider this request of mine.
Gyaenac services are good but pediatric section is highly disappointing ... Never trusting again for my baby... Even in case of emergency i was told that only assistant doctor will look at it because of online booking and slots were full within seconds ... I had booked for solid consultation as well but didnt receive call till 20 days and after consultation is done i didnt receive the pdf till now and its been 2 months already even after multiple followups... Even though doctors are good but service is not upto the mark after paying such high fees....
I just wanted to share my experience about Bedekar Hospital. My friend ( Leena dhulap )had a Bartholin's cyst operation and we went for a 2nd opinion to Dr. Mahesh. He's super polite, genuine, and doesn't scare the patient at all 😊. The staff at Bedekar Hospital is also really cooperative. Highly recommended! 👍
Absolutely HORRIBLE experience!! Not recommended at all — and that’s putting it mildly. The doctor and their team deliberately inject drugs to intensify labor pain, pushing the patient to an unbearable level so the family is left begging for a C-section. This feels like a clear money-making tactic, with zero concern for the mother’s suffering. The staff’s behavior is disgraceful — worse than a government hospital. Rude, careless, and completely unprofessional. Please stay away from this place. Childbirth is a once-in-a-lifetime moment, and if you come here, you’ll regret it forever. There is no undo button for the trauma they cause.
