⭐ Extremely Unprofessional & Highly Stressful Experience I honestly wish there was an option to give a negative rating. I placed an order about 1.5 months before my baby naming ceremony for a custom name-reveal product. They insisted on 100% advance payment (₹6,000) and refused partial payment, claiming they are a “top event company.” About a week before the event, I repeatedly asked for product photos, but none were shared despite constant promises. Later, I was told the product had been shipped. However, just 2 days before the function, they still could not provide any tracking ID and stopped answering my calls. When my relatives contacted him from different numbers, he finally responded but gave different excuses — courier closed due to a holiday, bulk shipping with no tracking ID, and later agreeing to send via Volvo bus, which clearly indicated it had not been shipped earlier as claimed. He then agreed to hand over the product to one of my relatives in Pune by 10 AM on the event day, but it was finally received only at 6 PM, causing extreme last-minute stress. Instead of apologizing, he blamed me for causing “mental stress” because my relatives were calling from multiple numbers — even though he had stopped responding to my calls and I had no other option. This is not about money, but about extremely careless and unprofessional behaviour. I strongly recommend choosing a more reliable event management company.

Updates are not shared on time, and delivery timelines are not clearly confirmed. Product delivery was delayed, which can put customers under extreme stress, especially when items are required for important events. Even basic GST bill is not provided professionally. Instead of apologising for delays, the response is defensive and customers are blamed for calling repeatedly to seek updates. Highly unprofessional handling. Please consider choosing a more reliable and responsive vendor.

They failed to deliver the name reveal decoration on time, which caused unnecessary chaos and mental stress during such an important occasion for our family. Instead of taking responsibility for the delay, they blamed us for calling them repeatedly — when in reality, we had no other option as the event time was approaching and there was no proper communication from their side. An event like a name reveal is a once-in-a-lifetime moment, and professionalism, punctuality, and accountability are basic expectations. Unfortunately, none of these were met. I would not recommend their services if you are looking for reliability and peace of mind on your special day.
