Review: Disappointing Experience with HOME SERVICE MAID for hiring nanny I had a very disappointing experience with Home Service Maid Agency for nanny services. We approached them to find a suitable nanny to care for our 4-month-old baby and paid the full fee upfront, trusting their assurances of quality and professionalism. Unfortunately, the agency failed to deliver on their promises. Despite clearly communicating our need for someone experienced in handling infants, especially as young as 4 months, the candidates they sent lacked the necessary skills and confidence to manage such a young child. It was evident that they were neither adequately trained nor experienced, which raised serious concerns about our baby’s safety and comfort. We gave the agency multiple chances to rectify the situation, but each replacement was equally unqualified. Not only did this cause a lot of stress and disruption during an already sensitive time, but it also showed a lack of proper screening and accountability on their part. To make matters worse, despite repeated follow-ups, there was no proper resolution or refund offered. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before trusting this agency with something as important as infant care.
I have tried other agencies before, but the Home Service maid agency is in a league of its own. Their professionalism, efficiency and quality of service are unmatched. I am so glad I found them on Justdial - they are worth every penny!
We took their service in 2023 and the maid service we got was really good. She was a stay at home maid and became like family. Took good care of our kids and home. Very helpful service.
The caretaker was good to take care of my mother. She was from Mumbai and being a local we have trusted her and she stayed alone with my mother.
