I’ve had the pleasure of working with Pooja Haria through her classes conducted at North Indian Association (NIA). Her classes have always been a rewarding experience. She brings incredible energy, knowledge, and encouragement to each session, making every class both challenging and enjoyable. I have been associated with Pooja Haria since 2019 and what see consistently since then and I love about her is that she makes all members of the batch comfortable and motivated, regardless of our fitness level. Her workouts are carefully designed to push us while always keeping things safe and accessible for everyone. Her attention to form, combined with her enthusiastic approach, has helped me loose weight, build strength, endurance, and confidence. If you’re looking for a fitness coach who inspires you to keep coming back and consistently gives her all to help you succeed, I can’t recommend Pooja Haria enough. She has a real talent for creating an inclusive, enjoyable environment that makes working out something to look forward to!

This is a very intense workout that helps building core strength and muscle strength. It was a lot fun with positive vibes and a little masti with all the hardwork. It helped me fall in love with working out and pushing myself and actually enjoying the burn. Plus, Pooja miss had all kinds of interesting props and new workouts that made it all the more interesting. Not a single class was ever cancelled or delayed. Thanks to her dedication and encouragement, my life has changed greatly. ❤️

Highly highly recommend Pooja. I had a very complicated pregnancy with a lot of restrictions but my experience with Pooja was amazing. She took care of everything and made sure I stayed fit during my entire journey. The workout sessions werek fun and she came up with something new in every session. She's super positive and motivating. I had never imagined I could do so much during my pregnancy but Pooja pushed me and it helped me bounce back quickly post delivery too. She's amazing at her work and I totally recommend Pooja for all the pregnant mommies!!

I have worked out with pooja from the 12wk of my pregnancy. I have thoroughly enjoyed every session cos you do something new every time. I was unable to do squats when i joined but now at my 9th month I can even pull of jumping squats. Her workouts create endurance, strength and moreover they look achievable at the same time challenging. I have had a health weight gain during my pregnancy. You give her your commitment, rest she will take care.

Pooja is professional and thorough in her knowledge about prenatal workouts. Her workouts are fun and a great way to be active during the pregnancy. A must do for all pregnant women.
