HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! So I contact Pooja to get extensions for me and my sister on 28th December 2024. She came in did her job and 4days later the extensions start lifting and before even one week my sister and me had most of our extensions fallen off. She charged me a Total of Rs. 9200 or so (cannot recollect the exact figure as it was cash plus I gave the tips). On contacting her back regarding the issue, she apologised and says it could possibly be the moisture or brand. She offers a complimentary service. I did mention to her that I would not be interested in a complimentary service considering how it all turned out, and to offer me a part refund considering it is fair for both of us, as she also had dedicated her time and efforts. Initially she promised to sort things however now decides not to reply to my messages. I usually do not write negative reviews but I gave this lady one whole month to get back to me and return my money but she chooses to ignore my messages and not reply. I have attached all the chat for reference. Just to mention I have also provided her with a sandwich and coffee (on her request) from a 5* star hotel I was put up at in Parel (which is not cheap). So I spend a total of 10k plus for a job and service that did not last me 5 days.
Pooja is extremely at her work. Met her by chance while looking for home service on Google and have probably found one of the best nail artist I’ve ever got my nails done from. She is extremely professional, punctual and her work is very clean. Highly recommend her.
