Very Very Very poor and substandard service. I am following up for my claim amount since June 2025. They send a query in email dated 1-July-2025 attaching a letter dated 1/June-2025, saying that it is pending with us from one month. Every time a new document is sought. Ive replied that particular document is not being given by the Hospital. Still same query is being sought multiple times. After my reply also, HITPA customer care representative simply says that they have not received my emails. I need to send reiminder after reminder. This is the state of a customer who diligently pays the premium and when it comes to settlement of the claim the customer is kept waiting for months..
Worst TPA to exist. Can't settle basic health checkup claim since 45 days. No proper technology to track claims. If someone calls to customer care, they will say that we too don't have any idea and kindly mail to our customer care mail and no one replies to those mails. Completely frustrating experience.
I would give -100 rating to this tpa. One star is compulsory to post review. So I put 1 star. I have been in this industry for more than 15 years.In have not seenthese type of tpa. No responsible person in its office. Select other TPAs for smooth claim process.
Very bad service, claim settlement behaviour is very poor. Don't use their insurance
Very bad experience it's been still I m waiting to recieved my payment ....if this situation happen again then I wll think to switch another policy
