I am settling on a 2-star rating solely because the decoration and sound system were 5-star quality—they did a phenomenal job. However, the photography and videography services by Jerson were absolutely terrible (1 star or worse). Looking at the photos fills me with regret. The quality is horrible, with basic framing errors like heads and hands being cut out of the frame. The video footage is equally bad, with shaky camera work and terrible editing transitions in the samples I was shown. To make matters worse, it has been two months, and I am still waiting for the final event video. Crucial moments and guests were not captured. Please be very careful who you hire; once the event is over, you can never get those moments back.
