I started my prenatal yoga journey with Saloni from my second trimester. She understands your capacity and accordingly trains your body. Saloni minutely looked after my each moves and ensured that my postures were correct. It helped me to be active during my entire pregnancy and also in post delivery recovery. Her labour and breast feeding sessions are very professional and insightful, it prepares you for your D-day. She ensured that I had a smooth pregnancy and was there to listen and answer my doubt even in the middle of the night.
Garbh Sanskar classes with Saloni was very useful and helped me to connect with my baby. She also trained me basic yoga postures. She made feel comfortable and solved all the queries which I had in my mind. Classes with her made me feel very relaxing and I would recommend all my friends and relatives to join her with pre natal visits and make labour and to motivate for easy normal delivery.
I started prenatal workouts with Saloni in my 9th month of pregnancy. Due to COVID-19, we had done all the sessions through Video Conferencing, which was very beneficial. She understands your comfort and level to do the exercise. She will make you workout in the best possible way according to your capability. She guides you through all the exercises with patience and ensures that you always maintain correct posture leading to a fruitful session everytime Exercising made me feel so fresh and active.
