I was looking out for a prenatal yoga instructor and I came across Salima and decided to do prenatal yoga classes with her. She is an entire package, not only prenatal yoga but she also helped us with garbha sanskar. She is very knowledgeable, co-operative and professional at her work , I don't have any complaints. She use to take the yoga classes with a lot of patience and calmness. Her aura is very positive and she speaks in a very positive manner which is very important for a pregnant woman. She guided me throughout my 9 months pregnancy and have given useful advices for the smooth journey and for baby care as well. I highly recommend her if anyone is looking out for a yoga teacher.

I was always a bit hesitant regarding online Yoga classes due to lack of proper environment in such settings. However these classes are way more than I could ever expect. Attention is paid to each and every participant and every mistake as well as achievement is noticed and acknowledged by Salima ma'am. Classes are well planned and supporting videos are provided a day before for reference. Really good experience.
