We recently had the opportunity to experience the care and service at SBS Multi Specialty Clinic, and I must say—it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked in, we were met with an atmosphere of warmth and kindness that is rare to find in a medical setting. The hospitality was outstanding, and every single member of the staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt at ease. What truly stood out was how affectionate, warm, and patient everyone was—not just with us, but especially with my grandfather, who was undergoing treatment. The nurses, doctors, and support staff worked with such genuine care and compassion, it honestly felt like we were surrounded by family. I have never seen hospital staff this loving and dedicated. Their efficiency and work ethic are remarkable, and their ability to combine professional excellence with heartfelt empathy made all the difference during our stay. Thanks to their efforts, our stay was extremely comfortable, and my grandfather is going back home much better, healthier, and in high spirits. We are deeply grateful to the entire team at SBS. You have set a gold standard in care and hospitality!

We recently took my grandfather to the hospital for treatment, and I just want to say how thankful we are for the incredible care he received. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, kind, and so welcoming—it really put us at ease. Everyone, from the doctors to the nurses and support team, treated my grandfather with so much patience and genuine care. It honestly felt like they were taking care of their own family. Thanks to their dedication, he’s now doing much better and is going home happy and healthy. We’re truly grateful for everything they did for him. The care and kindness we experienced will always stay with us.

As a first time mother, I wanted to deliver my baby in a safe, calm and comfortable environment. Luckily, I shifted to SBS Hospital under the care of Dr. Meghana Bhagwat and Dr. Shagufta at the last minute and I'm so glad we did that! Dr. Meghana guided us excellently and helped me a lot.. On 15th February, 2025 I had to have an emergency C section for which I was completely unprepared, but Dr. Meghana helped me remain calm. All thanks to her timely intervention, my precious baby girl did not need NICU and I recovered well.. Dr. Shagufta made sure that as a maternity patient I was absolutely comfortable and had timely, appropriate care. She guided us very well and kept conducting vigilant routine check ups. Dr. Nida took absolutely wonderful care of my daughter and her vaccinations, and guided me really well regarding lactation and breastfeeding.. Nurses Pranita, Neha, Shruti, Shweta, Maya, Rushali, Rupali and Sosamma always ensured that we had everything we needed and our medicines were administered on time, along with feeding and taking care of my babygirl as I recovered 💕 Moushis Sheela, Arifa and Kavita took wonderful care of me and babygirl ❤️ The hospital setting was also clean and tidy. Overall, my birthing experience was amazing and I would recommend other maternity patients to go to SBS Hospital especially under the dedicated treatment by Dr. Meghana, Dr. Shagufta and all the nursing staff.

⭐ Worst Experience at a SBS Multi-Specialist Hospital – Read Before Trusting Them With a Life On the night of 3rd June at around 10:45 PM, my father suffered a heart attack. We rushed him to this hospital by 11:15 PM, not yet aware that it was a cardiac emergency. What followed was an absolute nightmare — the kind no family should ever have to endure during such a critical moment. Despite the urgency, the hospital staff took 15–20 minutes just to begin a basic check-up. Then came the ECG, which took another 15–20 minutes. The night-shift doctor seemed inexperienced and kept consulting Dr. Ankita over the phone. Finally, at 12:15 AM — a full hour after we arrived — they confirmed it was a heart attack. We were told that treatment had to start within 3 hours to save his life — and that 2 of those hours were already gone, leaving us just one. We immediately gave our consent when they recommended a blood thinner injection, initially quoted at ₹38–39K. But as soon as we agreed, they changed the story, insisting on the MRP price of ₹50,000, which was printed on the box. This sudden and strategic price hike during a life-threatening emergency felt like exploitation at its worst. Afterward, they admitted my father to the ICU. Dr. Ankita arrived much later, took another 10–15 minutes to check on him, and then came out to tell us that we had delayed treatment. She said the injection should have been given within 90 minutes of the heart attack, and now there could be dangerous side effects— including internal bleeding, possibly in the brain or nose. Instead of offering reassurance, they terrified us for the entire night. And this is just one part of the experience. Over the next two days, we were shocked by the way we were treated — overcharged, pressured, manipulated. It became painfully clear that this hospital is more focused on making money than saving lives. There was zero empathy, zero transparency, and a complete lack of accountability. At a time when we needed support, we were made to feel helpless and lost. This is NOT a multi-specialist hospital — it is a money-making machine** wearing the mask of care. Please don’t trust them with your loved ones’ lives. We learned this the hard way — you don’t have to.
