Very very bad service by pune office and customer care service. Should be given minus rating but could not as there is no option. Took 10 days for preauthorisation and on calling frequently was advised pay by cash and then go for claim reimbursement also they wanted copy of receipt even though policy was in force. At the time of discharge they were not responding to calls. After multiple calls if they responded with call this number and call that number. Repeatedly was being sent same query even reply being sent to medsave TPA. Worst service ever seen. Advice people not to go for Medsave Healthcare TPA service. They only harass you mentally.
My claim was settled after three months that too rejections of many items. Mobile app is not working. Usable claim forms are also not available.
Very poor service, even after submitting documents, asking for same documents, No response to emails, not taking the phone calls by Mumbai branch, Customer care toll free number just marked for review. Claim is still pending for more than one month
The TPA is not contactable, phone numbers are out of service, emails are not answered or bounce back. If at all the call gets through to the toll free number, it gets disconnected in the middle of the conversation. And last but not the least, the call center representative are rude, often saying statements like 'you did not listen to what I said'. Terrible service
Medsave marinelines service is very worst. Irresponsible staff.no one pick phone. No one can answer particular. No o evan Help for any claim. Tollfree numbers also not responding. What can do for claim registration, Claim settlement.
