Worst Experience – Fraudulent Company This is a cheat and fraud company. Please stay away! They do not pick up calls, do not provide maids as promised, and do not return the money even after repeated follow-ups. No proper documents or agreements were ever given. I have all the proof—WhatsApp chats, call records. In the beginning, they spoke very politely and convinced us to make the payment. But when I requested a maid replacement three weeks ago, as my current maid is leaving, they blocked me and stopped taking my calls. This is completely unprofessional and unethical behavior. I urge others not to fall into their trap. Such a fraud company should not be trusted. Attaching the chats and photos so that the company cannot say that I am not registered with them. Update: If you are not able to provide me maid in the agreed amount then please refund my money back. And i have not given any kind of extra work to previous maid, her time was 9 am to 3 pm everysday for 3 months she came at my home 12:00 pm because of her child issue and left my home by 03 or max 03:30. I never complained or asked her to give less salary as she was nog working for 6 hours however i have paid all her 3 months salary in full amount without any deduction. Pleaee refund my amount.
FRAUD AGENCY BEWARE My first experience with them was very bad. I had requested for a full time help & I was told by ( Nilima ) to register with a payment of RS 1000/- & service charges would be a months salary of the maid selected .salaries was to be between 20000/- to 30000/- Nilima shared anfter 48 hrs around 4 maids details of which she could not connect me to 2 shortlisted by me . To source one maid it took them 2 days then a concall with 1 maid . I raised a question that salaries was too high and was referred to a fresher young maid with low salary which did not meet my requirements . The justification given to me was that higher the salaried the better services . Which is ridiculous .& was also asked to pay RS 30 k as their service charges irrespective of the salary . This deferred to what. Was informed to me at the start . On questioning this I was bluntly told that they cannot provide me a maid . Hence I asked them to Refund my RS 1000/- immediately as GK did not provide nor fulfill any services so they have no rights to CHEAT me in this manner . Repeated messages and calls have not been answered tgat shows thier bad intentions of Fleecing people & making money . Why should they hold my registration amount when they refused to deal further with me ? Some courtesy from GK maids services please be true enough to Refund my money wherein in 48 hrs GK was unprofessional and incapable of thier services. Fraud Fraud Shweta P

Although agency keeps giving you options,but maids are pathetic.especially if you are hiring any maid namely ARUNA PAWAR please don’t.she is so pathetic will make your life misrable. Nonstop demands uncountable half days and leaves and arguments and non stop on phone.you will feel like you are her maid not her.so beware guys
This company is charter and pls don’t reach out to them for maid services. It’s a scam for money. I took maid in Oct from this company and paid them one months salary (24k), but this maid left in 3 months as usual. This company promised us 5 free replacement as part of the agreement. When we started following up for replacement, they blocked all out now. The worse, when we visited their office address, there is no such office exist and the address put on the website is fake….
