I would like to commend the doctors, both in-house and visiting, for their exceptional care and expertise. Additionally, the support team, including the cleaning staff, have been notably helpful and diligent in their duties. However, I must express my profound disappointment with the nursing and support staff. Their lack of responsiveness and attentiveness is alarming. Tasks as simple as adjusting the bed height require multiple reminders, and they fail to notice when a patient's saline is finished, even when informed by other staff members. This negligence is unacceptable. The majority of the time, the nursing staff are seen idly sitting behind the counter, engrossed in gossip and personal phone use, instead of attending to patients. This behavior demonstrates a severe lack of empathy and professionalism. For instance, when my patient requested water, which cannot be provided for medical reasons, the staff insensitively drank water from the refrigerator in front of the patient. Moreover, the staff appears to be poorly trained and ill-equipped to handle the needs of elderly or critically ill patients. This inadequacy reflects a significant failure in both training and management oversight. The fact that staff members are allowed to eat food in the ICU underscores a lack of discipline and accountability. I urge you to address these issues immediately. The current state of affairs is unacceptable, and it is imperative that the management takes stringent actions to rectify these deficiencies and ensure that all staff members uphold the standards of care and professionalism that patients deserve. I hope the management looks into this as a constructive feedback and a opportunity to improve their reputation and services.

The worst experience my friend got they charge more but for no use if they are charging and not telling that she will die if the machine is removed they should atleast tell her and they extorted more then 2 laks and they should have told my friend that she would not last more days they just kept on ventilation what is the use, if she is taking help of ventilation and if that is removed she will die.... As a doctor they should understand the stage of the person
