It has been 2 and a half years of Yoga with Utsav Institute. When i started Yoga with Utsav, my body was not at all flexible and i was not able to do asanas easily. However, Devang Sir slowly and slowly pushed all students to do better and better with time. Doing 20-24 suryanamaskars in one session is no longer a problem. Asanas i can do in a better way now in comparison to where i initially commenced. Of course, there is still a long way to still go but Yoga with Utsav has not only helped me physically but also helped me mentally in the sense that it has brought stability. There are many times when i come tired to Yoga in the evening but feel refreshed, energized and rejuvenated after completing yoga. Devang Sir and other faculties have ensured that we also feel healed while doing yoga. I am looking forward to continue my Yoga Journey with Utsav Institute till I can do Yoga. Deeply and Eternally Grateful to Utsav Institute, Devang Sir and all faculties.
It was wonderful experience at Utsav institute under amazing mentor Devang sir and Foram Mam. I would like to thank both of them for giving me wonderful platform to learn advance asanas , shudh Kriyas , Mudras , to take batch at their institute and it help me boost my confidence to start my own classes which is very proud moment for me .
