I recently enrolled in CAPPA India’s Birth Educator class led by Sonali Shivlani, and it was an incredible experience. Sonali is a wonderful coach and an inspiring guide, her teaching style is warm, engaging, and deeply knowledgeable. She broke down complex concepts into practical, real-life guidance and always encouraged questions, discussions, and reflection. What stood out most was her genuine passion for empowering birth educators. She created a safe space for learning, and her real-world experiences helped us understand how to support families confidently and compassionately.
I’ve just completed my certification as a Childbirth Educator with CAPPA, and it has been a truly enriching experience. The course is well-structured, evidence-based, and deeply respectful of birth physiology. As an Ayurveda doctor and lactation professional, I found the learning highly practical and relevant to real-world maternal care. Grateful to the my mentor Sonali and CAPPA team for their guidance and commitment to quality education.

I really wanted to do something in which I can help new mothers and while I looked for a course I came across CAPPA. Now I am trained as a child birth educator and looking forward to give my exams and get certified . I am also looking forward for the doula course. My experience with CAPPA and especially Sonali Maam who is also my mentor has been really great right from the time I enquired and throughout during the sessions.
