I have taken prenatal yoga classes from dr Kritika and the experience was outstanding. She is really passionate and good at what she does.Her yoga classes helped me to divert my mind throughout the pregnancy from all the work related chaos. Although for some reason I was unable to have normal delivery but her yoga classes helped me to recover faster even after c section. I was back on my feet within 4 days. I would highly recommend her classes to all the pregnant mommies. She pays personal attention to each one from the class and is responsive over whatsapp as well. Highly recommended for prenatal and postnatal!!!.

I joined prenatal yoga classes at Breathing Bellies under Dr.Kritika from my 6th month onwards and I must say these classes really helped me in keeping me active, managing different pains. They have various types of relaxation, stretching exercises, using stretch bands, gym ball, dumbbells etc. Meditation & visualization is the best part of the class which i enjoyed the most. I would really recommend these classes during pregnancy. Lamaze session helped me and my partner to know about various factors involved in true labour and cleared our myths as well.

I totally recommend Kritika. She is a powerhouse. She was pregnant herself when she was taking our classes but she never appeared tired. I started my yoga from the 5th month of my pregnancy, and it really prepared me. I was able to deliver my son normally at the age of 33 and it definitely prepared me to handle 12 hours of labour. I used to appear fresh and fit even in my 9th month because of Kritika's lessons. I loved it.

Kritika guided me wonderfully throughout my pregnancy journey. Her yoga and meditation sessions were incredibly helpful, especially in my early recovery after a C-section. The breathing exercises she taught me brought a sense of relaxation and calm, making my recovery much smoother. I truly enjoyed her classes—they not only helped heal my body but also filled me with positive energy. Highly recommended!
