The decoration was absolutely beautiful, and all our guests loved it. Pasha patiently listened to all our requirements and made every modification exactly as we requested. He was very helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the process. All the decoration work was completed on time, and the pricing was very reasonable — definitely one of the best in the market. In one word, "Pathetic". Way too overpriced. I paid around 9k for the decoration which was not even worth 5k. Neither their support response is decent nor they account for any responsibility. On top of this, the vendor will be clinging onto your neck for good rating. They used everything artificial and cheap. Even the lights were old and flickering giving a headache the moment you enter the room. Except for artificial big candles they had put, everything else went off within 30mins aftr they left. And, they were claiming that those lights will run for minimum 12 hrs. There is more... Even the after-service work was untidy. They left all the waste material in bedroom. Even the pins were left on cot.
We are extremely happy with the birthday decor done for my son’s 5th birthday. Every detail was beautifully planned and executed. The theme, colors, and setup were exactly as promised and looked amazing. The team was very professional, punctual, and cooperative. It truly made the celebration special and memorable for us and our guests. Highly recommended!
