I needed to rent quite a bit of furniture for grandchildren who came to visit. I had lots of questions and Nikki answered all of them patiently. Everything I ordered was in good shape, clean and exactly what I needed. She brought the items and set up the crib. At the end of the rental she picked everything up. I would absolutely order from Nikki again if I needed to, and would definitely recommend her to someone looking to rent.
I rented with Nikki for a recent trip to the Bay Area with my 13 month daughter to visit her grandparents. Not only did Nikki have a great selection of items to rent, the items I rented were so clean they looked brand new! This was especially important to me during the pandemic. She also was incredibly courteous during drop off and pick up - wearing a mask and gloves and doing a social distant drop off and pick up. Perhaps most important, Nikki delivered top notch customer service. She was pleasant to email and text with, and two days before we were to arrive she was especially helpful in letting me add an item to my rental because I decided I didn't want to lug a certain toy across the country. Renting with Nikki was top notch, and I would recommend her to all future Bay Area renters.
I rented baby equipment for my 2 1/2 yo and 9 month old for a week, and Nikki made it the easiest and smoothest experience ever. The equipment was in new condition and exactly as described. Nikki communicated well from the moment I made the reservation. The best part was her ability to drop off and pick up the equipment from my parents' house. The ease of renting from Nikki made my trip a lot easier, especially with two young children! I will definitely rent again the next time I visit the bay area.

Renting gear from Nikki was great! She was able to accommodate me with different durations for multiple items! The items were as described and clean when we picked it up. Instructions for pick up was clear & the pick up location was easy to find! She was quick to respond while in communication.
