I had a really nice experience at Skin Story Facial Spa. I went for the Heart of the Ocean facial and found it very relaxing. The ambience was peaceful and soothing, and the facial was done so gently that I actually fell asleep during the session. My skin felt fresh and calm afterward. Went to skin story in Bandra yesterday with my mother. I opted for the collagen facial. I had read the positive reviews on line and the experience was exactly what I had expected. The salon is small which makes the experience very personal. The premises are very clean and hygienic. I really appreciate the use of disposal sheets and blankets. The technician was very well trained. The facial was amazing and I was very thrilled with the results. I would certainly come back again for another treatment.
My phone rang and instead of giving me my bag, she rummaged through my bag and switched off my phone. The limited massaging she performed on the right side of my face was not replicated on the left. If the facial did not need the basic level of massage to ensure the product is absorbed by the skin, they should use other tool to ensure that the product is absorbed. Because I was left with a face full of product which was heavily applied. I had to dab some off with my scarf before walking out of the salon.
