Extremely unprofessional and disturbing experience. The founder was invited for a home visit after a consultation fee was discussed. On arrival, she demanded double the amount without prior communication or consent. No proper assessment was done, and the family was not educated about the treatment, roadmap, or next steps. Treatment was initiated without any informed consent, which felt pressurising and unsafe. This is unethical and unacceptable. Would not recommend.
I can't say enough good things about the Holistic Acupuncture Centre. The staff is so professional and caring, and the treatments are truly life-changing. After just a few sessions, I've noticed a huge improvement in my energy levels and overall well-being. Highly recommend!
