I have been sending my daughter to the Lower Parel centre of Klay Daycare (One World Centre), and I couldn’t be happier. From day one, the staff has been incredibly cordial, approachable, and responsive - exactly what any working parent needs. What really stands out is how transparent and communicative they are: I’m regularly updated about how my child is doing, and if there’s any delay or change, they always let me know immediately via WhatsApp. The environment they’ve created is so warm and welcoming that my daughter now happily looks forward to going there - she literally runs in with a smile every morning. It gives me peace of mind, knowing she’s in a place where she feels safe, happy, and cared for. Our daughter, Sayesha, has been part of the KLAY family since her Jr. Toddler days and is now thriving in Pre-K. Watching her grow through each stage has felt like witnessing a little sunrise stretch higher every day, and so much of that joy belongs to the wonderful team at the centre. A heartfelt note of appreciation to Monica, the Centre Director, whose calm leadership shapes the entire environment. The centre always feels steady, organised, and genuinely child-first because of her guidance. Minakshi, the Centre Admin — for always being helpful, organised, and ensuring smooth coordination for every small and big need. A special thank-you to Sayesha’s first ever class teachers Niki, Namra, and Purvi. Each of them has added their own colour to Sayesha’s journey. Their patience, attention, and gentle encouragement have helped her become more confident, expressive, and curious. She came home every day bubbling with stories, songs, and tiny triumphs that are clearly nurtured with care inside the classroom. And many thanks to Jyoti didi who understood her every need, mood or ailment and comforted her through the day. As parents, nothing means more than knowing your child is safe, understood, and happy. KLAY has consistently given us that reassurance. We’re grateful for the environment they create, where childhood feels both protected and full of room to bloom. Klay has been a wonderful experience for my daughter. The teachers are warm, caring, and genuinely attentive. The environment is safe, clean, and very well-organized. I’ve seen a noticeable improvement in her confidence and learning. My kid enjoys her time there. And the live access feature is truly the cherry on top.
We were initially quite skeptical about sending our 9-month-old baby to daycare, but choosing OWC Klay turned out to be one of the best decisions we made! The teachers and staff are so gentle, understanding, and patient — they made the transition so smooth for both us and our little one.
