I was new to yoga and joining this class has been a good decision for me. 1) Firstly, the place that is the studio is good and clean, it has comforting energy. There is no disturbance of any kind in between the sessions. 2) The yoga instructor is very generous and patient to teach, gives each and every instruction properly. Also, she is very punctual about the timings. 3)All yoga sessions are beneficial for stretching, relaxing, in all improving physical as well as mental health. A good relaxation is done after every session which helps in calming. 4) Charges for these sessions are also affordable. This is the best form of self-care i have found and I am very happy about it. I would highly recommend giving it a try for this class.

It's been a few weeks since I joined amrin ma'am and I have to say her classes are really motivating and pushes you forward and it keeps you engaged throughout the lesson and you feel really energised at the end of the class. You can feel the change in your body and your mind in just a few classes and definitely will recommend her to anyone willing to join yoga.
