I personally took my close friend to Dr. Bhushan Bawankar (Skin Town / formerly Skin Love) for acne. Instead of focusing on the issue, the doctor emphasized cosmetic 'trends' and pushed for a chemical peel. He then left the room and allowed an UNSUPERVISED ASSISTANT to perform the procedure. My friend was burned instantly. It has been over 10 DAYS and the burn/scar hasn't healed. When we called to report the pain, the doctor and nurse were incredibly dismissive. I have a CALL RECORDING where they refuse to take any accountability and try to convince us that a painful chemical burn is 'normal.' It is NOT normal; it is medical negligence. The doctor’s claims of being a 'Surgeon in Turkey' are a total front—he only holds 3-day workshop certificates (F.W.F.I/F.A.M.I) as seen in his own photos. I have all the proof—recordings, photos of the injury, and documentation—for anyone who wants to see it. DO NOT trust this clinic with your face or your friends' safety. They are more interested in sales than patient care.
