I feel pregnancy is very easy as you can walk and do your things. I had done prenatal yoga classes with @⁨Isha Bafna Jain⁩ and @⁨Dr.Leena Jain Prenatal Yoga⁩ which helped me keep fit. It is necessary to know what happens while birthing so you can take decisions and not panic. I would recommend to get a Lamaze class. I was glad to take this class with my husband under @⁨Dr.Leena Jain Prenatal Yoga⁩ guidance. So we didn’t panic and took decisions at right time and knew what was happening. All the pain is worth after the baby comes. So please enjoy your pregnancy

So grateful for the amazing guidance and support I received from Dr. Leena during my recovery journey!
