I feel pregnancy is very easy as you can walk and do your things. I had done prenatal yoga classes with @Isha Bafna Jain and @Dr.Leena Jain Prenatal Yoga which helped me keep fit. It is necessary to know what happens while birthing so you can take decisions and not panic. I would recommend to get a Lamaze class. I was glad to take this class with my husband under @Dr.Leena Jain Prenatal Yoga guidance. So we didn’t panic and took decisions at right time and knew what was happening. All the pain is worth after the baby comes. So please enjoy your pregnancy
I wanted to share how grateful I am for your amazing pre-natal classes! Your guidance made a huge difference in my pregnancy journey. The exercises are fun and helped me to stay active! The 2-day labour workshop was really helpful in understanding labour contractions and learning breathing exercises to manage them. Thank you ,Dr.Leena Jain for all your support and care. You're making a positive impact on so many moms-to-be!
So grateful for the amazing guidance and support I received from Dr. Leena during my recovery journey! When I started, my diastasis recti was around a 3-finger gap with 3 knuckles deep — but with Dr. Leena’s consistent and well-structured core exercises, it has now reduced to just a 2-finger gap with 1 knuckle deep. The improvement has been truly encouraging! Her focus on proper technique, core engagement, and posture not only helped close the gap but also significantly reduced my back pain and improved my overall strength. Each session was customized to my pace and progress, making the journey both comfortable and motivating. Highly recommend her to anyone dealing with postnatal recovery or core-related issues — her expertise, patience, and encouragement make all the difference! 🌸
I joined the prenatal fitness sessions by Dr. Leena, and I can’t recommend them enough! 🌸 What I love most is how the exercises are customized based on your specific pains or challenges since every pregnancy is different, this personal approach makes a big difference. They guide you through the right stretches to help reduce cramps and ease discomfort. The fact that it’s online is another huge plus — you can join from anywhere! My doctor had advised me not to do any unsupervised yoga or exercise, so this setup was perfect. The breathing exercises are also amazing for relaxation and mental peace. And honestly, Dr. Leena’s positive energy and warm smile make every session so engaging and fun, you actually look forward to working out! For all moms-to-be who are dealing with pain or simply want to stay active and healthy during pregnancy, these sessions truly help you feel better and more confident. 💕
Hello everyone! On 24th October, after completing 38 beautiful weeks, I delivered a healthy baby girl weighing 7.7 pounds — vaginally and without an epidural! The journey started the previous night around 2 AM, when I began feeling a sharp back pain with mild abdominal discomfort. With every contractions, I had this feeling like I was constipated and needed to pass stool. The contractions weren’t getting intense enough, so I didn’t rush to call my doctor. Instead, I decided to wait it out and follow the 5-1-1 rule. With each contractions, I focused on my breathing exercises, which worked wonders to keep me relaxed and calm through the night. By 5:30 AM, I noticed my mucus plug had dislodged, and that’s when i confirmed i am officially in early labor! I texted my doctor, and he asked me to come in by 9 AM. By the time I reached the hospital, contractions still hadn’t picked up much, but after a check-up, the doctor said i was already 5cm silently dilated and need to start preparing for birth. Once admitted, I continued doing my labour exercises and breathing techniques, which helped me dilate to 8 cm quite smoothly with minimal pain. But once I hit 8 cm — that’s when the real contractions pain started to hit in! The contractions became stronger and more intense, but breathing techniques helped me to stay atleast 50% grounded After about an hour and just 4–5 strong pushes, our little princess made her grand entrance into the world. 💕 A huge, heartfelt thank you to @Dr.Leena Jain and @Dr Isha Bafna Jain — the amazing duo who guided me through all the techniques, exercises, and mental preparation. Because of them, I was aware, alert, and confident through every phase of my labour. And of course, a big thank you to this wonderful community — reading all your experiences and tips helped me feel prepared, empowered, and positive throughout my journey.
