The doctor's team were very good but the staff and nurse facilities and service were very bad and neglecting. The nurses do not have any sense regarding the patient. They don't care about the patients life and condition so plz when u visit this hospital take a nurse with yourself. Regarding the surgeon and surgery all were very good.
Today after 6 years I am unfortunate to have come to this hospital again My mother was killed in front of me by reducing the oxygen level in this hospital My mother was at a very serious stage, but some people here gave it to the students for experimentation and during their experiment my mother died. The staff here used to talk rudely yesterday and they talk rudely even today, some patients are distressed without meeting a good doctor, they believe that the doctors here do not provide proper treatment Whoever is looking for a good hospital for his family, I believe that it may be a lot of money but you should take your family to a good hospital, here your money will be saved but there is a 99% guarantee whether your family will be saved or not ( please safed your family)
B.Y.L. Nair Charitable Hospital, Mumbai is a full-fledged tertiary Government medical college in Mumbai Maharashtra. Hospital having different departments , Experience Doctor .. But wards always crowed..not well clean.. The college imparts the degree Bach (MBBS). It is recognised by the Medical council of India. This is one of the oldest medical colleges in Mumbai. It is located near Mumbai center station
I am extremely disappointed and heartbroken with the service at Nair Hospital. My friend passed away due to the hospital’s negligence. She was not given oxygen when she needed it the most, and instead, the doctors administered an injection that worsened her condition and led to her death. This is a shocking level of carelessness and irresponsibility from a reputed hospital. Patients come here with hope to survive, but negligence like this costs lives. Strict action must be taken against the medical staff responsible. I would never recommend this hospital to anyone. Please be very cautious before trusting them with your loved ones.
the psychiatric opd 13 and doctors consulting in that opd Dr Sagar Dattani and Dr Aneesh are really good and patient in listening. overall the hospital needs to really improve on the cleanliness aspect. it's a very old hospital and needs immediate attention on cleanliness, coloring of building, the admission wards, the opds, overall repair and maintenance. i understand it's overcrowded and the staff handles many patients every single day without much of cost. but some actions are needed to make the efforts even more appreciable.
