I'm writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the service I've received from your company. Despite trying for over 24 hours, we're still unable to get discharged from the hospital. The hospital has submitted all necessary documents, but the issue lies with this company. I've tried multiple times to connect with a customer service agent, but the wait times are excessive, and the agents often lack knowledge about the issue. However, this delay is causing us additional financial burden, and the hospital will charge more for extended stay. The lack of effective communication and support from the customer service team was appalling. I would strongly advise against partnering with Vidal Health Insurance or purchasing their policies until they improve their customer service.
Worst service, not even single customer care number is reachable.. most of the numbers are does not exist too.. also Vidal health application is not working properly. My phone number is already registered and while doing phone number validation with the help of OTP. I am getting OTP but failed to validate even if it correct OTP
I'm in hospital waiting to get discharged. I've an Accenture corporate vidal insurance, the hospital has sent the final bill for approval but it's been more than 24 hours since the discharge and no settlement done from them because of some internal technical error as per them. However vidal group has approved the initial bill but the final provided by hospital is yet to get approved (after 24 hours) and they are asking 1 more hour , who will compensate for my time. How can a company like vidal cannot solve a error for settlement for more than 24 hours. Their executive do not have a decency to talk. There should be a negative rating for this company. They dont care for patients and family. Pathetic service.
Worst TPA ,no wisdom and common sense ,today my wife underwent cataract surgery,this TPA sanctioned only cost of lens , will they teach common people how to operate and insert lens by themselves. Pathetic, IRDA should intervene and sort of grievances of common citizens who pay through nose their hard earned money towards extremely high premiums every year.
Very worst service from Vidal. My wife has a corporate vidal insurance and it's been more than 2 months since the discharge and no settlement done from them. We have got authorisation letter but settlement not done because of some internal technical error as per them. How can a company like vidal cannot solve a error for settlement in more than 2 months.
