I am very happy with the yoga classes. The program is specially developed for pregnant women and I am enjoying each session. Each session has different yoga styles which keeps your interest alive. Dhwani explained us the plan well. We opted for home visit. My yoga teacher Pallavi is very skilled and friendly. Doing yoga under her guidance is fun. She is very pucnctual and communicates well.
BNB has been a wonderful experience for my ongoing pregnancy journey. Yoga, Aerobics and Exercises are a part of the sessions. It makes you feel very energetic, confident and positively makes you accept the changes of your body during pregnancy... My instructor Pallavi Padyar has really been amazing with me. She made me improve at every session along with personal care and attention. Hence every session is a great motivation for me… I would highly recommend BNB for the expecting mother’s to have a beautiful, cheerful and healthy experience during their pregnancy…

I was on bed rest for my first trimester n semi bed rest in the second. Hence I was wanting to do my prenatal exercises with someone professional. I took the one on one home session from Birth N Beyond in the seventh month. My trainer is Pallavi and I have completed 1 month of the sessions. The past month has been extremely good. Pallavi is excellent and very patient. I feel extremely comfortable with her. The sessions are beautifully planned and paced. I look forward to the future months with Birth n Beyond!
