Absolutely love this place! Double Decker is vibrant, engaging, & cleverly designed to promote learning through play. The staff were attentive, ensuring each area was supervised.The cafe area is a sensory delight & a perfect spot for kids to take a break before diving back into play & parents can sit back and relax while sipping on a delicious cold coffee and munching on a tasty treat as the kids play away. Quality and safety are impeccable.
We hosted my son’s birthday party at Double Decker Play Area, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The entire team was extremely organized, meticulous, and handled everything very smoothly. I coordinated mainly with Rajiv and also with Vaibhavi over the phone while planning the party. Vaibhavi was extremely helpful throughout the process and ensured that everything was well coordinated. Rajiv was very prompt and accommodating at every step. He was always available, proactive, and supportive, making the entire planning process completely seamless and stress free. On the day of the event, Kejal was present and did an excellent job managing everything on site. She was proactive, well organized, and ensured that all details were taken care of effortlessly. A very special mention and a big, big thank you to Shahnawaz. He was extremely prompt, helpful, and understanding throughout the party. He made sure that all the children were fed properly, everyone received sufficient food, and the serving was done smoothly and patiently. His attentiveness and genuine care truly stood out. Thank you to the entire team for making the celebration stress free and memorable. Highly recommended for birthday parties.
Yesterday we had hosted my grandson's 2nd birthday celebration at Double decker! We thoroughly enjoyed and had a blast along with the kids. The place is very meticulously planned, neat and clean environment, every corner of the place is very well organised. There is so much for the children to explore, very big place and best entertainment place for the children! The food is excellent quality wise also, we had a great time and our guests also thoroughly enjoyed at Double Decker, children didn't want to go home!
Extremely bad experience. There is one small area called snow play area. There are tons of small particles in that area. They were scattered in whole play area each & every corner. I removed one of that small part from my child’s mouth. He picked up from slide of the ball pool where they’re not allowing adults to go on the slide. Staff is also so rude when I complain about it they’re saying you’re responsible for your child we mentioned adult should be there. They said if your child doesn’t understand what to put in the mount and what not than don’t bring here. My child is 2 years old how can they understand at this age. They say this is not our play area we are working here our owner should know. If you have a problem you have an option to leave this place with your child. Even bathroom door is not closing properly. They were cleaning after I complained repeatedly than charging got over of vacuum cleaner. I highly recommend they should remove these small particles. Most importantly they are not sorry or regret about it. Very disappointed about this it can stuck in child’s food pipe can damage inside the body. Really bad experience I hope the management understand & take the required steps.
I am a regular at Double Decker play area and visited more than 10 times for several birthday parties, play dates or just taken my child there for a fun-filled time. While it is a good play area with great food, great staff and utmost hygiene But today the experience wasn't so great as they had a birthday party which was half cafeteria occupied and when i called them atleast 2 days in advance to check for walk ins because we were almost 19 mom + kids they said okay and its understood that we will all need place to sit in the cafeteria and the kids too to eat. But then we realized that they allowed another group of 10-12 parents who were also celebrating a birthday and made us all squeeze in into that half section of cafeteria. When addressed they said its weekend and they will take walk ins how many ever enter. While the entry on weekends starting Friday is charged at 850 and they even charged my yet to be 13 month old child the same amount I think what we expect is a decent enough space for 19 people to sit and a food bill of approx 17k was also made. Anyway we managed somehow but it wasn't a great experience as half of us were standing, few standing and eating etc.
