Office closing time is 06:00 PM clearly written on door but still office is closed on 05:10 PM when I reached there.
Beware of Care Health Insurance. Even with a no sub-limit policy, my hospitalization claim at Breach Candy Hospital (July 2025) was short-settled by ₹2.67 lakh on vague grounds like “R&C” and non-payables. This is misleading, unfair, and breaks the very trust an insurance company should uphold. Strongly not recommended.
Fraud. Didn't payback the cash we paid. Cancelling the policy. Do not buy!
Care doesn't care. The company takes time to settle claim as per own ease & convenience. It doesn't respond to the customer's grievance at all.
Very good mediclaim company to full fill requirements of customers in the terms of after sales service.
