Their tiffin are pocket-friendly for students, office folks, or anyone.. food is hygienic and taste good, with less oil & spices, and the Portion size is also generous. Delivery is on time everyday packing is neat and clean as well they used disposable containers. Their Customer service is another aspect worth mentioning. They are prompt in their responses and always Ready to accommodate any requests. So after enjoying their food for a few months now and experiencing their lunch and dinner service ,we have subscribed to their monthly subscription plan, and I must say thier monthly subscription prices are also super reliable for students, office employees, etc. They don’t spam you with messages or emails. I have been ordering meals from here from past 6 month ( veg and non-veg both) and I must say, the food quality till date is very good with, simple masala less oil and tasty, about pricing I would say it is budget Friendly on monthly subscription option. Meals are packed in good leak-free disposable packaging which is good option for bachelor, rather than steel tiffin. Every week owner call me to get the feedback for the food and delivery service which I found impressive than any other tiffin services I tried, In the past 6 month everyday food was delivered on time, if there was any delay they would have text me in prior, just a request to you Simran please add sweet dish specially sabudana kheer and gulab jamun on weekly basis. Overall a very pleasant experience and highly recommended to anyone seeking for good homemade food in budget with daily variety.
This tiffin charged us extra for one meal but didn’t deliver the meal and is refusing to refund the money for it. We have repeatedly asked her for the refund but she isn’t giving it back. AVOID this place. She also didn’t provide the specific type of food even after promising that she will give that. I have let that go, but she hasn’t returned the money and ignores our messages now. Edited to add - they think I haven’t ordered from them but I have WhatsApp chat screenshots that I am happy to post. Before threatening me with legal action, return my money if you have the decency!
It is purely home made meal, simple and tasty with less oil and masala , i have been ordering for the past 6 month and the food is very tasty. For the price you pay for lunch and dinner is reasonable on monthly subscription, the amount of food is perfect for 1. Communication and coordination is clear, and the delivery person is also very kind, punctual, and reliable.Owner is very friendly and it's always a pleasure to talk to her Anyone who's a student or working, i must say they should prefer Simply Delicious Meals tiffin service only.
