Our experience at HN Reliance Hospital was truly wonderful, and we are extremely grateful for the care and support we received throughout our journey. A special mention to the nursing staff on 12th South, especially Nurse Sakshi, who was incredibly supportive, calm, and reassuring during the labour phase and delivery. Her care made a huge difference and helped us feel confident and comfortable at such a crucial time. We are also deeply thankful to our doctors — Dr. Aisha, Dr. Nitin Pai Dhungat, and Dr. Anita — for their expertise, patience, and compassionate approach. Their guidance and professionalism throughout the delivery were exceptional. Special appreciation to Paediatrician Dr. Rahul Verma and his team, with a special mention to Dr. Ashish, for their attentive and reassuring care of our baby. After delivery, when we were shifted to 12th North, the experience continued to be excellent. The nursing staff, Pallavi Priti and Rama, were attentive, caring, and always available whenever we needed assistance. The housekeeping staff, Lili and Jaymala, ensured the room was always clean and comfortable, which added greatly to our overall comfort during the stay. The food department also deserves appreciation — Mitali, Vijay, and Suman were courteous and ensured timely and well-prepared meals. A very special thanks to Chef Rajesh for the delicious and thoughtful special lunch on the day of discharge, which was a lovely gesture and a perfect way to end our hospital stay. Overall, HN Reliance Hospital provided outstanding medical care, excellent service, and a very supportive environment. We are getting discharged today from room 622 at Reliance Hospital, and our overall experience has been very good. All the services provided during our stay were excellent. The nursing staff was very caring and supportive, especially Elizabeth ma’am, Khushbu, Manisha, Preety, and Kranti. The HK team—Pradeep, Giri, and Uma—maintained cleanliness very well. PCA Renuka was very helpful and attentive. The F&B team—Shivraj, Deepak, Vijaypal, David, and Pranjal—provided prompt and polite service. Billing executive Meghna was cooperative and guided us smoothly through the discharge process. Dietitian Zoya gave proper guidance regarding the diet. Overall, we are very satisfied with the services at Reliance Hospital and thankful to the entire team.
