From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and at ease. Nurses Ms. Deepika Satam and her team Krishna, Roshita, Nikita, Bhagya was outstanding - their professionalism, compassion, and kindness were evident in every interaction. The PE Ms.Priyanka Kadam was incredibly efficient and made my discharge process super smooth and quick. She addressed all my queries and concerns promptly, making the whole experience especially Discharge stress-free. Food definitely contributed for my speedy recovery thanks to FNB staff Mr.Vinayak, Raj For timely Food, it was delicious and served hot. I was impressed by the quality and variety. PCAs Steven Nagendra prakash & Sumit along with supervisor yogesh were also very supportive and helpful, always ready to lend a hand whenever I needed it. Also dietician Anamika & nikita took care of diet part during stay Overall, I'm thoroughly impressed with the service and care I received at HN Reliance. We recently had our baby at Sir HN Reliance Hospital, and the entire experience was exceptional. One of the most scariest and emotional journeys we had to do with our 19 year old son. Arjun was diagnosed with an AVM of the brain when he was 6 years old. Doctors from England and Vancouver had told us nothing could be done as its a rare condition and it could leave him disabled for life. We were than referred to Reliance Hospital in Mumbai to see Dr Vipual Gupta (Neurologist), Doctor himself and his team were absolutely amazing, professional and re-assuring that everything would be fine. The team were always to our service wheather being in theatre, ICU, the ward, the corridors and cafetiere. I would highly recommend if there is anything that overseas doctors can not risk and be positive about please get a consultation here. Thank you again for giving Arjun and us a new life 🙏
