Best store for all the medical disposabale needs ! The rates are reasonable and you'll find everything diapers, masks, gloves, cottons etc in different sizes, material, etc. We require diapers for an elderly family members frequently and we started buying it from here as it does not burn a whole in our pockets.
Worst staff ever! You will be greeted with the arrogant looks on the faces of the two ladies who sit at the counter. They have no idea on how to speak to a customer. Their attitude is take it or leave. The way these two ladies talk is absolute rubbish. God save you in case you ever have the need to return/exchange an unused product. I would never recommend this shop even to my worst enemy. The owner might be better but I am not too sure. I guess he's better off without these two ladies if he wants to keep his customers happy.
Had a great experience with this store. The staff is very understanding and was able to cater to the needs in an effective manner.
The service is not at satisfactory. The staff is arrogant and rude. Delivery is delayed. Staff is 'dadagiri' type. Take it or leave it. Customer service is very poor. Disappointed with their behavior and arrogance. Strongly recommend not to buy from them.
I bought two packets of diaper for my grandchildren from this shop and I have really bad experience with the staff as well as the product my daughter in law asked me to buy diapers from this shop and I must tell you the quality of this diaper is really very bad. Not at all leak proof sizes are not organised. When I speak to the counter lady she was very rude to me I was surprised she was doesn't even listening and talking on phone laughing etc. At least one should see there is elderly person in front of u. U should at least communicate. So I would not recommend this shop.
