Loved Dr. Reema’s program. She is a well-informed, thorough and professional nutritional coach. I felt reassured from the get-go because she really makes an effort get to know you and your nutritional / lifestyle habits, after which she carefully designs your program to help you achieve your goals. And more than anything, she accounted for my culinary interests and found unique ways to incorporate that into my program. While weight-loss is dynamic for everyone, I was happy to get results and see myself attain my weight goals in the matter of a month, shedding four very stubborn kilos. It was my first time ever doing a program like this, and I’m glad I had a chance to work with her. Highly recommend!
