I have cancelled one of my existing financial product due to personal reasons and have provided them with the cancellation request along with requested documents. Everyday they call me to retain from different numbers the representatives are provoking to continue it. Custom service is purely based on incentives and not empathy. Pathetic!
I applied for offline form application for DMAT account opening as my aadhar card was linked to my old SIM card so I was not getting any OTP.Thus,I chose offline form application through their employee,Since a week im not getting any proper response about my account and the employee is saying that his seniors are saying that scanned copy of offline form won't work,they will need physical form (Actual copy) , whne i asked to deliver that they said the office is closed,So basically i can't get my account opened at Edelweiss ! Hilarious , 0 Stars !
Timmings are so lame.so late opening in morning i have import export business but due to late opening of office unable to do any communication.make timming proper
