I took 4-5 sessions with counsellor and therapist, Sakshi Jain and it really helped me deal with some of the issues that were causing various emotional upheavals. She was kind, forthcoming yet very professional and maintained a healthy balance between herself and me.
I'm delighted to share my experience with Swastha and the entire team behind it. It felt really good interacting as I could open up and start sharing about the life problems I was facing in general, it has helped me in achieving mental peace and also made me realise how important it is for each one if us to take these sessions when going through a rough patch or things that keep bothering us. I am happy & I have the most wonderful sense of inner peace now. We must take the time to discover who we are as a person. I was amazed at the things that I had stored away in my mind that I didn't know were there. Knowing who you are is the best gift you can give to yourself. Being conscious & knowing that I change how I think & react to the things that happen in life has been one of the key elements of the self-awareness journey for me. I know that I will be able to handle anything that happens in my life from now on. My Savior! That's what I can say about Sakshi. She's extremely patient and understanding in your queries and provides feedback too. My first try with therapy turned out to be so good and that is all because of her sheer faith in me which even I didn't have that time. Don't think twice and just go for it, you will not regret it at all!!
