I visited Dr Swati Mam during COVID while struggling with PCOD. Unlike many hospitals, they follows a no prior appointment system, which increases transparency, though it does lead to long waiting times. However, it’s worth the wait because the doctor ensures no unnecessary medications—every prescription is based on specific tests, which can be expensive but targeted. With just a general diet plan and vitamin supplements, I was able to conceive naturally, without IVF. Even though my pregnancy had multiple complications, the doctor was incredibly supportive throughout. The only downside comes after delivery— santati is tied up with Trupti Hospital for maternity care and MALA for child care/NICU. Unfortunately, MALA seems profit-driven rather than patient-focused, lacking specialist doctors despite charging hefty fees. For example, they demanded a ₹30,000 deposit for NICU admission due to normal jaundice, yet their care was inadequate. Also, MALA is far from Trupti, making it inconvenient for parents. 🚨 Recommendation: If you're delivering at Trupti Hospital, I strongly suggest researching a nearby NICU in advance to avoid unnecessary stress. Overall, excellent for pregnancy care, but be mindful of post-delivery arrangements.
Wonderful experience at santati hospital. Staff and doctor are warm. Thank you mam and team for bringing happiness in my life
