We had a wonderful experience at Pokido Junior Play Area! The place was very clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The staff was extremely good and very careful with the kids — they were polite, attentive, and made sure the children were safe at all times. The food was surprisingly good too, which is a big plus when spending time with kids. But the best part was the homely feeling — it didn’t feel like just another play area, it felt warm, welcoming, and cozy… almost like home. Highly recommended for kids — a safe, fun, and caring environment! 💯
Good place for children to spend time. Lots of activities. Parent pricing is lower. Maintenance needs to improve. Its full of dust with some stains now. Was better earlier. Needs to have proper deep cleaning occasionally. Staff is friendly but some (1-2) have become lazy now. Still would recommend but if Maintenance doesn't improve it will go downhill quickly.
My 2 yr old totally loved the experiemce and the ambience .i was not sure if he would enjoy but it was worth it. Just the price is bit hyped but i feel the location where it is demands such crowd n price.
We had organised my daughter’s 5th birthday party at Pokiddo Junior and it was a wonderful and seamless experience. The play area itself is massive and well maintained with plenty of activities for kids of ALL ages and easily accommodated and was well equipped to handle the 100+ guests we had without it seeming over-crowded. The staff were also super helpful and promptly and cheerfully taking care of all requirements during the party including making sure food was served hot and available theoighout, the place was clean, providing coins for arcade games. I didnt have to worry about anything at all. The kids didnt want to leave the play area at the end of the party! Highly recommend.
We hosted our sons’ birthday party at Pokiddo and it was the most fun and memorable time for all the kids from 2-10 yrs. One of a kind play area in Mumbai! Couldn’t recommend this place more. Nikhil was cooperative and extremely helpful through the booking process and on-ground execution. The entire Pokiddo staff and team (decor, F&B, etc) are top class.
