As a total beginner, I loved how Seema Mam patiently went over the basics, making the poses easy to understand and follow. I feel more confident in class now. The studio has a very Positive atmosphere. I love the meditation session, it makes my mind so calm and peaceful. Everyone in the class are friendly and helpful. I love the Sunday Class the most. I’ve been attending this yoga class for the past three months, and the transformation I’ve experienced is truly incredible. When I first started, I was a complete beginner with very little flexibility and confidence. Today, I’m able to perform many poses and exercises with ease — something I never thought would be possible in such a short time. She explains every posture clearly and patiently corrects mistakes. What I appreciate most is how she guides us through meditation in such a calming and gentle way that it brings peace to the mind.
