We have been cycling from Mumbai to Goa and came back by bus to Mumbai where we depended on an expert helping us disassemble our two cycles and pack them to be ready for air-transportation. The Service Prasad from WHEELS & PEDALS offered to us was in any aspect outstanding, professional and extraordinary. Prasad was highly recommended by the Mumbai Bike enthusiasts, a facebook group that was very kind and supportive during our cycle trip in India. Prasad is a mechanical engeneer by profession and thats how he treated our bicycles: respectful, precise, professionaly and on top with a lot of passion and kindness. We are utterly grateful for his hollistic service package he ofered us from picking up the cycles in the hotel, prepare and pack it including transport them personally with his friend to the airport at 10 PM. I have hired a cycle from Prasad a few times over the years for long cycling trips along the coastline to Goa and this year further to Gokarna. He has always made sure the cycle is fully serviced and provided tools and innertube to enable me to carry out repairs and maintenance on my journey. Always Loved cycling, but its difficult to Find a Place for Cycling in Mumbai and on top of that the Rate of Cycle Now a Days are going High. Excellent place to get your bikes serviced. I have got both my bikes serviced from W&P and highly satisfied with service quality. Have also recently upgraded my bike from Claris to 105 and same was nicely done at W&P. The owner is well informed of the nooks and corners of the bicycle which helps in good service. Plus, it’s a good place to buy accessories from.!
I rented a Semi-professional mountain bike which was in a best condition. They also provide helmet. Very friendly people. Not expensive good value for money. Highly recommended!
