I am extremely disappointed with Care Health Insurance. My experience has revealed a massive gap between their promises and their actual service, particularly when it comes to renewals versus new sales. 1. The "Sales vs. Support" Trap It is incredibly easy to reach their sales team—they will call you back in seconds if they think they’re getting a new premium. However, the moment you need help with a renewal or have a technical issue, they become ghosts. Trying to get a human on the line to discuss renewal terms is a nightmare, and the "support" is practically non-existent compared to the aggressive energy of their sales department. 2. The "30% Renewal Discount" is a Scam Don’t be fooled by their marketing about earning a 30% discount on renewals via their app. I followed all the rules and installed the Care Health app to track my steps. They require you to hit a 10K step goal, which I did. However, the app is fundamentally broken: The step counter stays at default or fails to sync properly. Even though I was active and met the criteria, the app didn't recognize my progress. Because their own buggy software failed to track my data, they are now refusing to honor the discount. 3. Consumers Pay for Their Technical Failures As a consumer, I am now facing the consequences of their technical incompetence by being forced to pay a higher premium. It feels like a "bait and switch" tactic—lure you in with the promise of health-based discounts that are impossible to actually claim because the tracking system is rigged to fail

The worst health insurance company. Whoever is watching this review, I request them to please not to take health insurance from Care Health even by mistake. The biggest mistake of my life was that I took health insurance from Care Health. I had applied for reimbursement in May month. The company denied the claim by calling it non-registered. I gave all the justifications to the company but still there was no reply from them. It has been almost 4 months since I completed this but I have not received any mail or anything from the company till now. At the time of renewal, I get thousands of mails from the company for renewal. So when it is time for claim settlement, does your company keep sleeping? After this review, maybe your company people will wake up and I am expecting a reply from you.
