It's beautiful!! A perfectly balanced baby centre. Works for normal, and special-needs babies/children. The highlight of this place is the amazing heated mini-pools. Warm water around, plenty of floating toys, and a wonderful therapist to guide the child through the session. The Aqua sessions are expensive.... Priced at over Rs. 2500 per session, but I guess they need the money to maintain the pools in pristine condition. Sweet staff....Fun place!👌
Such irresponsible management. I had taken admission of my child and my child couldn't continue the sessions there because he was developing ear infection and constant cold. I shared a doctor's report also with them and discussed in detail with the doctor at the baby castle. After giving so much justification, they haven't refunded my money for pending 6 sessions. From last September they are saying they will refund my money and it's June but no status of refund. They had called last year that they are closing the centre and thus will issue refund but then they changed plan. I am every month talking to them and asking to refund my hard earned money for a medical reason but they are very unkind. When i posted this review on their IG, they blocked me without responding. Don't waste your money here. My baby kept falling sick in their pool and they won't even give your money back. Please beware. Reply
So, we had booked babay castle for One Time Swim experience for our 7 month old, series of events following that were disappointing 1. We were constantly followed up for reaching wherein we had already told that we were traveling from far so delay was obvious 2. It was one time swim with massage but the massage couldn't take place as the relevant person was not there 3. On reaching since the lil one was un uncomfortable, they told us we could go in but none of their staff informed about getting additional pair of clothes 4. The baby started crying after 30 mins and yoga was also not there ao we suggested to do some carry forward or any discount, none of which was entertained 5. Google Pay was taken in person employees name rather the Company's name There was a trainer and basic facilities were provided but we were charged 2,500 for 30 mins and they said that their same package was higher but was discounted price was really disappointing We regret to inform you that our experience at Baby Castle was subpar. Our expectations were unfortunately not met during our visit and would not recommend to any parent who is intending to take their Lil One for a swim session
