The care I was provided here was like no other. The culture was so welcoming and professional. Staff are very educated and go above and beyond to make sure you understand your plan of care and treatment. I felt safe and trusted the staff completely as they helped my husband and I welcome our baby into the world. I highly recommend this hospital for labor delivery and postpartum services. All of our nurses were amazing. Stevee, Madison, Hailey, and Harley from L&D took phenomenal care of me. Hallie, Kennedy, and Neily from post partum were incredible also. and thank you to the lactation nurses for being so prompt when I needed help and the wonderful tips. Everyone was truly outstanding.
The wait was long and I had to spend an hour and 30 minutes vomiting in the rest room. Other than an extended wait, the care was Excellent! Staff, nurses, doctors were all professional and attentive.i greatly appreciated their care once the room was available. I understand that the wait was necessary due to the volume of patients. Thank you so much!
The only thing good about my experience was. My nurses. Ultrasound tech sucked. He was too rough. I told him he was hurting me. He continued to push. The nurse practitioner was very kind however she looks at her phone more than your test results. I was in there from 2-8 she told me nothing look concerning or wrong and yet I still left with medication… I left more concerned. Women’s & children’s use to feel like the best hospital. With the best healthcare providers. Now I don’t think I’ll be back unless it’s my ONLY option.
Staff was friendly and had wonderful bedside manor. I went to the ER for asthma issues. Wait time was about 5 mins. They took good care of me and got me out in a reasonable amount of time. Best ER experience I've had in Lafayette . Lived here all my life so thats says alot!
I have been to the ER twice in two and I have had two surgeries within the month at W&C. While the wait can be long the staff are awesome! Many of them go above and beyond! Megan is great, Ms. Annette is awesome at drawing blood (I am a hard stick), Madison, Brandi, NP, Dr. Olivier, Dr. Foosho, and Dr. Stutes, all cared for me in the ER. I stayed close to two weeks between both surgeries and my nurses were awesome, Laci, Courtney, Kaci, Tiffany, Joan, Jackie, and Rhonda!! I pray I have not left any out. Thank you for taking care of me and my husband, Steven. The five stars are for you ladies!
