Worst people to deal with. They eat away money and very unprofessional, the only job they do is to collect money. We decided to go with this services after taking reviews from google. We asked for a 5 hours nanny they sent in two candidates for selection charged us for that. We interviewed candidates and checked their availability to start from the next day, out of that one agreed and finalized her. The moment from there the Agency got behind us to pay up their fees asap also told us if not paid right away the nanny could take up other job and we will have to pay again for the interviews. The morning after the said nanny called up and said she will not come, we contacted back the agency asked them to send some one else instead and arrange for another interviews as their candidate was no show. After a while they said there is no one else and returned the advance, but they refuse to pay up the interviews charges taken. The only thing they do is provide manpower , they don’t train them they don’t provide them they just arrange and even in that they shamelessly fail and do not own up. They are cheats and arrogant people please never ever consider this agency.
