I had a very disappointing experience with Vaishnavi Maid Agency. The staff is extremely arrogant and unprofessional in their communication. There is absolutely no sense of customer value or basic courtesy while dealing with clients. Their service charges are unreasonably high, and on top of that, the maid charges are also unaffordable—completely out of line with the quality and type of service offered. Despite the steep prices, the agency lacks the humility or flexibility you would expect from a professional service provider. They are not at all down to earth, and the entire interaction felt like they were doing me a favor rather than providing a paid service. Highly not recommended—save your time, money, and peace of mind by looking elsewhere.
Very well done. They came inspite of very short notice. Earlier I have booked another service provider for 28 sep 19, who was charging less then 500 rs but cancelled my booking on 28th sep 19 night and excuses that he has another booking and he by mistake took my booking then at 10:18 PM IST he has suggested 2 service provider including Vaishnavi and I have called so many other service providers but no one agreed to come in short notice. Vaishnavi team agreed and they commited for 10:30 AM IST but they come before time , started working from 10 AM IST and finished 3 BHK flat at 5:50 PM IST. Perfectly done , even my flat owner given him assignment to clean his office and then he might go for cleaning his bungalow. They were 4 people , very humble , even o requested couple of demand at last moment and they fulfilled it. They were smiling and taking prompt demands as well. When tried to given the tip at end , initially denied but when forced they accepted. Very happy with the services. Hopefully , everyone will get the same or better services within budget. I am extremely satisfied with Vaishnavi maid service. For last 3 month I am using their service to take care of my mother with daily activities. Helper provided is trained and disciplined. Minimal assistance is needed . She is also very punctual and has a caring attitude towards all family members. Highly recommend
