I’m really thankful to Dr Aakash and Dr Pravin for helping me recover from lower back pain. Dr Aakash personally took all the physiotherapy exercises and EMS Therapy sessions, and Dr Pravin’s chiropractic corrections made a big difference. Within just 5 sessions, my pain reduced significantly (around 80–90%) and I’m finally able to walk and sleep properly again. Great doctors and very effective treatment.

I came to Dr.Patil at the recommendation of a friend. I had been having pain and soreness in my hip & glutes region; more intensive pain in the IT band area. Dr Apeksha worked with me on releasing the muscle tightness, strengthening exercises and some gentle massages with a machine (that was super relaxing); The releasing was very painful during session 1, but improved significantly by my 5th & last session. I am not yet completely pain free, but plan to continue all the prescribed exercises at home - and see how I feel in a month. I try and avoid drugs for medication as much as possible - so this exercise regimen is the best way to heal the body. I highly recommend Dr Patil & Apeksha for all your pain management. 💕💕💕💕
The treatment/ sessions were great. Have been relieved of the knee strain as well as plantar fasciitis to a considerable extent. The exercises suggested & done during the sessions were superb.
