Please check the room side you are being allocated Hospital has a construction site immediately next to it. I was allocated Room 3001 which immediately next to it The construction sound is unbearable for a normal person in a normal environment However in a hospital environment for a patient it’s downright inhuman The hospital seems to have little control on this nuisance and you are left on your own to figure out yourself At one point it seemed my home would have been a better place to recover than this hospital room No other room was available at this time to accommodate us into. The hospital also has window tinting work going on so you’ll see random people on the windows make loud noise scrapping the old tints. If you expect a normal hospital like environment to recover , we couldn’t find it here with respect to peace and silence. The staff, docs and nurses are excellent , but location and external factors like this construction made it horrible
Dr. Prachiti, the pediatric nephrologist, was incredibly kind and supportive throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain every step of the treatment plan for my son's nephrotic syndrome. Her thorough explanations and willingness to address all my concerns gave me a comprehensive understanding of what to expect in the coming weeks and months. The hospital reception staff also played a crucial role in our positive experience. They were consistently kind and polite, making the administrative process smooth and stress-free.
