I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this clinic. Before I began my sessions, I clearly stated that if I didn’t see even 1% results, I would want a refund—not additional “complimentary” sessions. Despite that, I was made to sign a non-waiver form that essentially prevents clients from voicing dissatisfaction or holding the clinic accountable, even if the treatment is completely ineffective. That in itself speaks volumes about their business ethics. I invested in this treatment with the hope of real, visible results—especially since the staff, including their front desk and doctors, promised positive outcomes. Unfortunately, I followed all recommended guidelines—diet, exercise, everything—and still saw zero results. When I asked for a refund, as we had discussed beforehand, I was met with excuses and the same manipulative tactics. It feels like this clinic is more focused on meeting monthly sales targets than actually helping people. There’s a serious lack of transparency, and it seems they prey on the hopes of hardworking individuals looking for genuine improvements. To others considering this place: think twice before trusting the claims made here. If a treatment is unlikely to show results in the number of sessions they offer, that should be clearly communicated upfront, not hidden behind legal jargon and misleading sales tactics.
Oh my gosh, Skinwood has easily become my favorite place in the city. I think what really sells it for me is the high degree of professionalism that I haven’t witnessed elsewhere in the city. Their staff are extremely friendly, Dr. Sagar is super knowledgeable and warm, and their facilities/machinery/experiences are very luxurious and up-to-date. You can tell they invest a lot of their time in ensuring customer satisfaction as well as updating their tech. Don’t walk, run to this clinic! :)
